Parivartan’s publication initiatives are targeted for knowledge enhancement and skill upgradation of frontline functionaries to assist them in effectively playing the role of service providers and developmental change agents.

Parivartan fostered documentation and development communication promotion assumes importance as it works in tandem with the interventions and complements the implementation process both by increasing awareness and promoting concepts. This includes conceptualization, design and implementation of Information, Education Communication strategies in addition to development and documentation of practioners’ handbooks and manuals to complement the training initiatives.
