Action Research:

Parivartan has developed capacities to conduct both survey oriented as well as action research to facilitate, support and feed into the implementation processes. Parivartan intends to provide handholding support directly to grassroot agencies to enhance their capacities in different components of project management and organisational development with a special focus on monitoring & evaluation and systems development.

Training:

In a rapidly changing scenario, augmentation of existing capacities and development of new capacities is prerequisite for sustained and effective action. This assumes even greater significance in the case of practioners working directly at the cutting edge of development. With this underlying belief, Parivartan provides state-of-art individual and institutional capacity building services encompassing the entire gamut of Project Management.

Development Communication:

• Conceptualization, design and implementation of IEC Strategies
• Documentation and publication of tools to complement training activities viz.
   1. Practitioners Handbook on M& E of HIV/AIDS
   2. Practitioners Handbook on M& E of Livelihood Projects

Implementation:

Parivartan is also planning its implementation projects in partnership with some of the organizations having sound base on the grassroots. Discussions are on in order to envisage the projects, which have wider impact and benefit the target communities on a large scale.
